David DelSontro is a veteran executive with more than 35 years of experience managing high technology development teams. His experience encompasses the complete life cycle of the project. He has managed teams in various areas, including new product design, development of complex manufacturing operations, development of full life cycle test strategies, and coordination of strategic business alignments. David has also been involved in leading large consulting efforts.
His career has spanned numerous industries, including aerospace, communication, test and measurement, and electronic manufacturing. As a catalyst for new and creative thinking, he is known for conveying fresh ideas that are needed to address the challenging problems in the development and validation of critical technology. These abilities have made him known as a strategic manager. He has repeatedly proven his ability to bring new innovative solutions and services to fruition to create high-performance teams. He is currently the principal owner and CEO of DelSontro Enterprises LLC. DelSontro Enterprises is a consulting firm focused on assisting companies in bringing new products to market in areas where high quality and guaranteed performance is a must.

Prior to starting DelSontro Enterprises LLC, David worked with Agilent Technologies for over 10 years. While at Agilent, David led highly successful worldwide business ventures, managed multiple business operations, led new product development teams, formulated new business and existing business growth strategies, managed numerous customer-funded multi-million-dollar projects, lead external consulting engagements, and managed cross-functional business development and capture activities.
Over his career, David has assisted much major aerospace and defense, commercial communications, and defense contractors achieve process improvements, as well as increased business results and cultural transitions to compete within changing business climates.
Before joining Agilent, David spent over 10 years working for Lockheed Martin Space Division. As an operations manager in the integration and test organization, David brought his satellite design and his aerospace and defense high-reliability product test expertise together to succeed in the development of a new innovative approach to satellite integration and testing for the Lockheed Martin A2100 satellite. This new approach led to industry recognition in both innovation and quality. As part of this approach, David led the development of a new satellite test platform with a modular design and simplified construction that shorten delivery time while improving on-orbit reliability.
